Dongguan Juxin Hardware Products Co., Ltd., founded in 2008, is located at Dongguan City, South China, only 2 hours' driving to Shenzhen and Guangzhou Airport. We are a professional manufacturer of stainless steel and carbon steel precision castings by silica sol investment casting.
Juxin covers an area of more than 4,000 square meters, with more than 100 employees. Our foundry is with experienced technical team and advanced production and testing equipment. For chemical composition detection, we have German Brooke Q6 direct reading spectrometer in place; for the physical performance testing, we can carry out hardness testing, tensile test, impact test and metallographic analysis, etc. And our foundry has own CNC workshop. The workshop is equipped with 4-axis and 3-axis CNC machining centers.
Juxin is with monthly production capacity of 60 tons of precision castings, according to customers' drawings, samples or mold requirements. The casting surface roughness is RA1.6 ~ 3.2, casting weight range 2g ~ 30Kg, and length range no more than 350mm. In addition to investment casting production and processing, we also provide casting heat treatment, surface treatment and other process services, such as tempering, annealing, hardening, black oxide, electroplating and polishing, etc.
